The numbers can be found with a simple google search. IIRC,
the range is reduced by 10 to 17% by the environmental
control system (HVAC) depending on the outside temperature.

How much heat can they get from the battery and motor cooling systems?

The best of them don't do it that way, they have electrically powered heat
pumps.

The lead acid batteries in mine were free air cooled and the heat from
the motor was adequate for defrosting in mild weather. I didn't drive
it in the cold and doubt the heat would have been adequate.
Perhaps if I had driven it HARD - which would have sucked the battery
down pretty quickly. .48 volts, 165 Ah with today's batteries - I
remember mine being 210 Ah for some reason.
