Let me ask differently.
What if someone post on Facebook/Twitter "High ranking Indian official had pointed out /discovered a new, previously unknown variant of COVID-19 originated in Singapore and risked spreading to India from the city-state"?

As STATEMENT reporting, the above statement is certainly factual.
Will the social media platform required to carry any kind of clarification statement?
