Yes, there's one at https://www.doadb.com/playmates.htm which is still being maintained as of 2023. The one at http://www.wa-wd.com hasn't been maintained since 2020.

The interface at DOADB is new and updated, but both sites draw from the
same data base, so they have the same information. The most recent update
on both of them is the death of Teri Hope, Miss September 1958, on 26
September 2023.

I understand the fascination with former Playmates. (I like to still stay in touch with some friends I had in childhood myself.)

But I discern some surprising bias here. Sure, the impact on American culture of the late Hefner was many magnitudes greater than that of the late Bob Guccione. So there (au?)naturally is vastly more interest in onetime Playboy Playmates than there is in former Penthouse Pets. And while Playmate obits of course show up in alt-obits from time to time, I can't recall ever seeing a Pet obit here.

(Now, the occasional pet obit for sure, but that's a horse of a different color.)

Speaking of the late Bob Guccione:

He expired Wednesday, October 20, 2010 (the day after Tom Bosley died), after an especially nasty bout with cancer, and here are two things that surprised me about the publishing mogol:

(1) His full name was Robert Charles Joseph Edward Sabatini Guccione (Not sure whether survivor son Bob Guccione Jr. is fully so named);

and

(2) According to some magazine piece a decade or so ago, the Titans of ***s Hugh Hefner and Bob Guccione met only once. No idea where, much less which date, that this Summit of Sexuality happened. But it was at some party, and as the reporter described it, they chatted only briefly. (Can anyone here detail that extraordinary encounter?)
