When two living things chance upon a meal, the followings may happen:

1. They fight over it, the winner takes all.
2. They share it out.

The first way belongs to animals. The second belongs to humans.

Sharing between humans can be further refined. When both are equally hungry, they get equal share. Otherwise, the hungrier one gets a bigger share.
Beyond sharing, there's a higher order way, i.e., both come together to make a bigger meal, one more than enough for both.

The more US makes China an enemy out of themselves, the more countries will
make US as enemy to them, too.

This is because those countries will be growing up with China's help and by
working together they will be getting a bigger meal for all instead.

US will be a "lonely wolf" working alone looking around hungry waiting for
their "big meal" that will not come.

These countries in working together with China will be like a pack of "wild
dogs" eating up the "lonely wolf" instead.

Don't really know what more countries will "make US as enemy to them."
For a resource rich superpower like the US, it is more likely to stumble badly or fatally from
internal threats and problems rather than external enemies. Possible end of US democracy
