Hersha Parady, best known for her role of Alice Garvey in Little House on the Prairie, has died at the age of 78.

Her death was confirmed by her son Jonathan Peverall, who shared that she died at his home in Virginia. The late actress had been suffering from a brain tumour prior to her death. Her son had set up a GoFundMe page to raise money to cover expenses.
