I 'm not an architect, but I was wondering what does 'Colonian' mean?
=================All rooms are well furnished and have amazing views of the sea.They all have tiled floors, tv, internet access and a/c. Restaurant "Mare Calmo" offers Italian Food. Colonian style building in pale colours Medium lobby Hotel is Eco Friendly Property. Due to its relatively small size this is an intimate Hotel with all comfort for a relaxing by one of the best beaches in the Country. (RDG0609)

This is the intended meaning and it is perhaps a typo for "colonial"? Either way, this
