a Drug or Medicine is something you use,

but OJ (Orange Juice) is something you "Drink" (on Consume) !

( you could "use" OJ to dilute Vodka,
but then you "drink" the mixture. )

But arguably what you actually shake is the bottle, which is used as a container
to drink the orange juice.

So the orange juice[1] is a victim of secondary shaking?

[1] Why just Orange juice? Is it somehow different from the multitudes
of other fruit juices?
