The divide between the two parties, Conservative and Republican, will not
improve.

Regardless, one kettle will call the other kettle black.

In the present and future, one should not expect the rating of their
president to go above 60%.

This means whoever person of the party becomes the president of US, its
rating of that president will not expect to go up above 60%.

In short, no matter what is performed by the US president, the rating of the
president will hover marginally, not more than 60%.
