Addressing another conversation forced off the server I post on

Despite its no longer being possible to field a band with

Ronnie Van Zant on lead vocals,
Gary Rossington,Allen Collins,and Ed King or Steve Gaines on guitar,
Larry Junstrom or Leon Wilkeson on bass guitar,
Bob Burns on drums,
and Billy Powell at the keyboard

because all nine of them are thoroughly deceased,

the decision has been made to keep fielding a band called
