Dying from fever would be bad. You know you're sick. All you can do is roll around and moan. Wait it out. You've been here before and always came out of it ok. But what if it keeps escalating? Getting incrementally worse the closer you get to dying, at which time it is not a blessed relief but itself a slow motion process that seems to go on forever and in fact does go on forever as the final split second of your life right before you die is frozen in time, sealing you in like a fly in an ice cube. Death can be a relief once it's over. If it's ever ends. Some say it goes on forever. Others say it's quick and painless. I'm in the first camp. Good post by the way - "Not a good trade." LOL. Yes, I have heard drowning is a relatively no so brutal way to go. But where does this information come from? Most likely from people who survived drowning. Those are near death experiences and they don't count. I want to hear about death from someone who has really been there, not just some loudmouth who almost died and has come back to tell us all about the white light and other predictable near death experience bullshit.

Jesus went all the way. Ask him.
