Since no one has bothered to mention the actual answer, assuming
it's as obvious as the answer to any of this person's questions:

Because it's the last time in living memory (if ever) that England
won the World Cup. (They did a stamp for it.)

This weekend, the BBC has devoted hours to Morocco's triumph,
including person-on-the-street interviews in Rabat as well as Doha,
with nary a mention of France's victory -- not even the score by
which they clobbered England.
