monseneor, you misundrestand the entire procedure -it's not about the
signal propagation, but the difference in the gravity gradient. The signals
transmission are implied, but only after that.

Which newsgroup? Sometimes people don't reply to crossposted articles
which also 'Follow-up to' the same crossposted groups as it looks to be
a trollfest.
