A missing 1099, additional missing and scattered data and sloppy accounting that wasn't done right, because I had no idea what I was doing as millions of dollars were flying back and forth on a pricing arbitrage scheme I bumbled into has led to IRS issues that have me in the worst state of despair in decades. And yes I paid all my taxes to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars, but you know "it looks like this part wasn't reported right."

No skill, business plan etc, just raging OCD, a bottomless Amex card and OMG I can't believe this is working as it blew up beyond my ability to manage it, for like 7 years straight until the price gaps were closed and it all unraveled on me.

Took frugal living to heart. Saved EVERYTHING because no way anyone is going to pay me what I was making and no way I can ever go back to the McJob after this. Outwardly I look like the same impoverished chump I always was. Except my friends wondering how I am popping up at concerts all the world with my Facebook status set to retired (mainly to taunt old co-workers who stumble across my profile).

Fuck my life. Fuck this country.
