I think you give the spammer too much credit. This is definitely not
sophisticated, and there is no evidence that it is targeted, much less
at any specific AUE contributor.

I had two Moderna shots without any after effects. But my third,
Pfizer, had a real wallop. I had repeated episode of something I
don't have the vocabulary to describe. Each episode lasted a
few minutes , started with a kind of slipping away that I assumed
as dying, followed by a sharp pain. and then a slow slip back to
normal. The first few episodes were frightening. After a day the
final episode was mild and pain was limited to the area around
the shot spot.

PS: In my speech the 'w' in "wallop" is voiceless - "whallop"

A year ago Jerry wrote this (he was quoting):

felt like I was beginning to have some memory problems. He ordered an MRI
of the brain. Findings were Moderate to severe chronic microangiopathy. My
doctor just stated that this was common and nothing could be done."

The bot has read that and spotted a potential customer? If so we should

I had my three Pfizers so I wanted Moderna for my fourth, and
it took a month for it to show up nearby. Got it Friday; the spot
itched all day Saturday (but that may have been the Band-Aid),
and the spot was still a bit sore Monday morning when I went
back for the flu shot. Both the City of New York and Medicare
are recommending doing them together, but the nurse said he's
had two patients who reacted badly to the combination.

The flu syringe seems to have been a lot bigger than the covid
syringes. And he dabbed at the spot a lot as if it were bleeding ...

Ah, maybe that's what happened, though if so the bot wasn't sophisticated
enough to know I was quoting. I suspect, though, that the idea wasn't
specifically to target the person who mentioned cerebral small vessel disease.
Instead, it might have been that anyone reading a thread where the disease
was mentioned might be interested in a Web site about it.

I think even that is giving the bot too much credit. There have been
several posts recently that have been along the lines of "Your post was
really interesting. You should consider XYZ which you can find out
about at xyzzy-stuff.com". These are "replies" to a random recent
post, and have been in several threads.

Maybe once a month.

But the whole w(h) distribution remains without complete
documentation. I just report my usage.
