If you want to expand the first part of your sentence, I would suggest
"I've noticed this phenomenon too, and I don't know the reason [for it]
either".

It's absolutely fine, but you could also say "I don't know the
reason, either."

(Informally. If you're writing for publication, use Jerry's

You should say "Is 'I too...' good style?"

It's a bit formal and old-fashioned, I'd say.
