The unclear bit is "for my development." Does it refer to the writer's
education, or to a tool used in developing some theory or application?

If you copy-pasted the error from the quotation, that means that the
quotation contains an error; if you typed it yourself, the error is only
part of a Usenet post - a common occurrence, and less important.

that should be "so there is no need to type it again" or "so there is
no need to have typed it again" (note correction to both tense and
comma placement).
