A sort of "sin tax" ?

Expect some of our blue states to follow the example.

A consequence of CDC record-keeping means they DO
know who you are. Perhaps the best way to thwart
such plans would be to block or require redactions
of related CDC lists (federal, likely HIPPA privacy-
protected) so they WON'T know who you are. The
only excuse Cal or NY would have to know WHO is for
taxation/persecution purposes.
