An employee recently told me that they don't issue rainchecks anymore.

Also, am I the only one who has noticed that if you try to order online something in their weekly sale ad, you get charged the regular price? In other words, to buy something in their weekly sale ad, you have to buy it in person if you want the sale price?

The bigger they are, the harder they hit.
