Ie. the Ukraine in N2 in the ranking, Russia is N31, the U.S. is N32.

The Transparency International produces hoax, because "perception"
highly depends on what image had been instilled (through the media and
entertainment industry), while E & Y, in contrast, surveyed competent
people who're being engaged in the business practices and know these
practices firsthand (page 42 in their report).

In fact, the intentional promotion by the Atlanticist actors (like the
Transparency International) of the narrative of incredible corruption
within a nation is an indecent trick intended to justify why the nation
"can" be treated as "jungle" (within the "garden vs. jungle" approach,
about which I posted before <https://archive.is/tjbe8>).
