Author Anne Rice (who was oddly enough named "Howard Allen Frances O'Brien"
at her birth on October 4th 1941) died December 11th from complications of
a stroke,according to her son's posts on Twitter and Facebook.She wrote
under the first name she chose as a child and the surname of her late
husband Stan Rice,but also wrote as "A.N. Rocquelaure" and as Anne
Rampling (in a Rampling book a character was stated to believe that
her Rocquelaure books were classics,I read the first and found it boring).
