A Who quote to start off your clip, with the last two lines of
"Won't Get Fooled Again".

Your clip provides a very exact context (unusually for
you), in which 3 and 4 are grammatical. 3 is a slightly more
convenient way of saying 4.

Context could make 1 grammatical I suppose. 2 is good
English.

3 would probably pass in conversation, as this is, but it wouldn't do
for writing. More generally, it's not a good idea to take dialogue from
a television programmme as a model of good writing.

Also, you omitted the last part of the sentence, "for the moment",
which is probably necessary as it adds an element of threat.
