According to Wikipedia, in Turkish, it's grip, influenza or enflüanza.

The Persian word transcribes to "anflwanza" (according to some online
tool), but indeed sounds like "Infulanza" to me, with "in" as in French.

OTOH, the French version of the sign at the clinic was perfectly fine,
and both "vaccination" and "influenza" are written exactly the same in
French and English (unless you write "grippe" in French, which they
didn't - most pharmacies do.)
