Great job for people in California to get rid of their federal government. Their secession will give Californians the freedoms to take care of themselves. They can clean their dumping of nutrients from human wastes that cause algal. Make no mistake, California can engage with other countries on trades and can even seek China's Belt and Road Initiatives, too. Californians should hurry to secede from US and declare as an independent republic from US, too.
