According to some sources (like this: http://darkzzx4avcsuofgfez5zq75cqc4mprjvfqywo45dfcaxrwqg6qrlfid.onion/post/hugbunter-posted-an-update-about-dread-availability/ ), there is an ongoing attack on parts of the tor network. Whether it is actually an attack or just some kind of overload or something, remains to be proven.
At the moment it seems to me that mostly v2 services are affected, because I cannot reach many of them. v3 work well for me.
What is your take on this ? Do you see any difference in availability of services ?

since we entered 2021 I've had the impression tor is functioning worse than before, but I can't tell if this is actual reality

thanks, this is exactly what i was asking for, personal impressions (yours seem to be similar to mine in this case).
if enough individual impressions could be collected, that would reveal at least part of the whole picture.

The Tor network has always been under attack at all times, 24/7/365 for
many years. There is never a moment when the Tor network is not under
active and passive attacks.
